Xplosole is owned and run by Syed Mubashir Ali, who builds and maintains the tools. Messages sent through the form below go straight to the owner, not to a support desk, so you're writing to the person who can fix the problem or build the feature.

Bug reports: say which tool you were using, what you tried to do and what happened instead. A screenshot or the exact error text makes it much quicker to track down.

Tool requests: describe the job you need done rather than just a tool name. The input you have and the output you want is often enough to design the whole tool.

Business and partnerships: for advertising, licensing or collaboration, email the address above with a clear subject line.

Your files: the PDF, image, text and calculator tools run in your browser, so the files you use with them never reach our servers and there is nothing on our side to recover if a tab is closed. Keep a copy of anything important. The AI tools are different: what you type is sent to our AI service to produce the result. Our own server doesn't store it or use it for training; if it's down, a backup AI provider may handle the request under its own policy. The Privacy Policy has the details.
