Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Xplosole (“the Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. The Service is owned and operated by Syed Mubashir Ali.

Use of Service

Xplosole provides free online utility tools for personal and commercial use. You agree to:

• Use the tools only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the service
• Not use automated scripts to excessively access the service
• Take responsibility for all content you process using our tools

Acceptable Use: No Forgery or Fraud

You must not use Xplosole's tools, including the PDF editor, image tools and AI writers, to create, alter or falsify any document in order to deceive anyone. This includes, for example, changing bank or card statements, payslips, tax forms, invoices or receipts; identity documents such as passports, ID cards and driving licences; birth, marriage, academic or professional certificates; and court, government or official records. Forging or altering documents is a crime in almost every country.

To discourage misuse:

• The PDF editor recognises common official and financial documents and digitally signed PDFs, and turns off the tools that change or cover their existing content, unless you declare that the file is not such a document.
• Every PDF saved from the editor records in its document properties that it was edited with Xplosole, when, what kind of changes were made, and whether that declaration was given.

Legitimate uses, such as redacting your account number before sharing a statement, filling in and signing a form, or editing documents you wrote, are welcome. We may cooperate with law-enforcement requests as required by law. Because files are processed in your browser and never uploaded, we don't see or keep the documents you edit.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, or produce results of a particular accuracy. Always verify important outputs before using them in critical applications.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Xplosole shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

No Professional Advice

The tools and content on Xplosole are for general information only. They are not financial, tax, legal, medical, or other professional advice, and using them does not create a professional relationship of any kind. Before acting on any result — especially for money, tax, health, or legal decisions — consult a qualified professional licensed in your country.

Continuous Improvement

We improve Xplosole continuously. Tools, rates, tax tables, and content may change at any time as we fix mistakes, update figures, and add features. A result from an earlier version may differ from the current result for the same input.

Intellectual Property

All content processed through our tools remains your property. We claim no rights over any files, text, or data you submit to the tools. The Xplosole codebase and brand are our intellectual property.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
